Pride Health is hiring a Dietitian (MUST BE CLINICAL!) to support our client’s medical facility based in Newport Beach, CA. This is a 14-week travel contract opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details (not limited to):

• Offer tailored guidance based on the patient’s health data to assess exercise, health, and wellness goals, with direct coaching sessions monthly.
• Monitor and track patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary to ensure continued success and satisfaction.
• Stay current with the latest developments in exercise, health and wellness practices, incorporating evidence-based techniques into coaching sessions.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to conduct coaching sessions, maintain records, and communicate with clients.
• Ensure clinical and operational flexibility to align with the startup and scrappy nature of the team and environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or a related field is required
• One of the below certifications: (REQUIRED)
• -NASM certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) through NASM.
• -ACE certified Personal Trainer (ACE-CPT).
• -NBHWC - National Board certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
• -Health and Wellness Exercise Coach Certifications offered through unverisities.
• Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
• Any of the following:
• -National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC).
• -Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) or Certified Health Coach (CHC).
• -National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) certification.
• -Registered Dietitian or an Exercise Physiology certification.
• AHA BLS

• Pay Range/Salary Range: $1,802.20/wk. (With Stipends)

* Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
