Are you an experienced medical scheduler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values meaningful patient care? We are a small but busy private surgical practice specializing in breast reconstruction, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Surgery Scheduler to join our growing team.

Our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences, genuine care, and outstanding results — and this role plays a key part in creating a seamless, supportive experience for every patient.

• Schedule and coordinate surgical cases accurately and efficiently
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout the scheduling process
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with authorizations
• Review financial estimates and confidently collect payments
• Communicate with surgical facilities, clinical staff, and insurance representatives
• Maintain organized records and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism

• Required: Experience in surgery scheduling and/or breast reconstruction
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification and medical workflows
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
• Comfortable discussing financial responsibilities with patients
• Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
