The Commercial Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the division. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights, evaluate business opportunities, and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives. The position requires strong analytical skills, collaboration, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Build and foster strong business partnerships with the Commercial Team and internal/external stakeholders to drive decisions that maximize sales value.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Business Unit strategy and ensure strategic alignment with key functions.
• Lead the Divisional planning cycle and S&OP forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and providing recommendations to senior leadership.
• Prepare presentations and key reporting deliverables summarizing financial performance, KPIs, and trends for stakeholders.
• Support evaluation of new business opportunities and risks through scenario modeling and financial analysis.
• Provide ROI analysis for key programs, assessing effectiveness and recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Team on monthly orders and allocation processes to ensure stock availability for retail customers.
• Partner with Customer Service and distributor supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional service.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance accuracy, and create value through data-driven insights.
• Mentor and develop the Sr. Commercial Finance Analyst, fostering growth and team collaboration.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of related experience with a proven track record in finance/accounting analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of financial data systems such as TM1 and SAP is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with senior leaders.

• Previous experience in the spirits/adult beverage or CPG industry.
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive change.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring and team development.
• Ability to analyze key financial trends, perform financial modeling, and manage P&L.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Continuing education in financial analysis, data analytics, or business strategy is a plus.
