Overview
Head of Finance (Start as Controller – 1 Year Path to CFO)
We are hiring a high‑potential finance leader to start as Head of Finance / Controller with a clear 12‑month pathway to CFO
. This role manages Finance, RCM, and all budgets while driving monthly NOI and KPI performance. We expect this Position to make ALL their Quarterly Bonuses. The position includes participation in a 6‑Year Long‑Term Incentive Plan featuring a large bonus plus additional equity shares through Dec 2031
.
Compensation: up to $ 300,000 per year
- Bonus:
Up to $140,000 - EQUITY:
Sign Up Equity + Additional EQUITY shares tied to the 6‑year performance plan
- Lead Finance, RCM, and company-wide budget management
- Oversee reporting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Strengthen financial controls and performance systems
- Reports directly to the Chairman and Board
