We're actively seeking a talented Senior Agile Practitioner to join our CY New Product Delivery team in one of our office locations (Newport Beach, CA | Omaha, NB | Charlotte, NC | Toronto, Canada).
This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.

- B.S.
- Finance and Economics or equivalent - Certificate of Project Management
- Certified Professional Scrum Master, PSM
- 6+ years of Scrum Master working experience
- 5+ years of working as Senior Systems Analyst
- Six Sigma - Green Belt (desire)
- 5+ years of working experience in a Life Insurance
- 5+ years of working with Cyber Life Application Systems including 3270/CICS (Mainframe) and Browser (UI).
- 5+ years of working as Project Manager

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
