Front Office associates are the first and last to meet our guests and we need to make a great impression. Hyatt Regency John Wayne Airport Newport Beach is looking for associates that will deliver that great impression. Associates are responsible for the guest registration process and hotel communication. Other duties include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. This important role is responsible and has a direct impact for creating the guest experience.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be proficient in computers (Opera, Colleague Advantage, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Previous experience with Opera and Colleague Advantage is an asset
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have previous customer service experience
  • Must be able to adapt and work in a diverse culture and environment
  • Must have proven experience in making quick and efficient decisions
  • Knowledge of a second language is an asset
  • Guest Reservations assistance required

Compensation

Compensation: Commiserate with Experience Level

This position is at a location where Hyatt is not the employer. The employer of individuals working at this hotel may be a third-party management company that is responsible for all employment benefits and obligations at this location.
