Part-time Social Media Content Creator

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Resiliency Mind + Body Medicine is a physician‑owned integrative psychiatry practice seeking a part‑time Social Media Content Creator to support short‑form video and static content for our founder, Dr. Stefani LaFrenierre, MD, and the clinic’s digital presence.

This role focuses on filming weekly content, editing short‑form videos, and creating clean, professional posts for Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube Shorts. Strategy and direction will be collaborative. This is not a basic posting role. You will have creative ownership, influence brand positioning, and help shape the public voice of a physician‑led mental health practice with a growing regional and digital footprint.

• Film weekly on‑site video content in Orange County with Dr. LaFrenierre and her team.
• Edit short‑form videos (Reels, Shorts, Linked In video)
• Create static posts and simple branded graphics
• Write engaging, professional captions and hooks
• Schedule and publish content across platforms
• Track basic performance metrics and adjust content accordingly
• Organize and manage media files
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with branding strategies and public relations initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing, e‑commerce, and video editing to continuously improve content quality.
• Monitor social listening tools to gauge audience engagement and gather insights for content improvement.
• Manage relationships with followers and influencers to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing required.
• Comfortable directing on‑camera talent in a professional setting.
• Proficient with Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools.
• Basic graphic design skills for static posts.
• Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Healthcare, wellness, or professional services experience is a plus.
• Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Passion for social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and creative storytelling.
