Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Project Engineer to join our fast-paced, innovative Construction company that focuses on commercial TI work. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a challenging environment, is passionate about construction, and has a keen eye for detail. The Permanent Project Engineer will report directly to the Project Manager and will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion.

• Assist in the planning and design phase of commercial tenant improvements projects, ensuring that all specifications and regulations are met.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of the construction team and subcontractors, ensuring that all tasks are carried out according to plan.
• Review and approve project drawings and specifications, making necessary changes when required.
• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor the progress of the project, making sure that milestones are met and addressing any issues that arise.
• Conduct quality control checks, ensuring that the work meets the required standards and that safety regulations are followed.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, providing them with updates on the project status and any challenges encountered.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals, contributing to the overall success of the project.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the Construction industry.
• Commercial tenant improvement experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects.
