- a rapidly expanding leader in government consulting and professional services, is seeking a Training & Compliance Specialist to join our dedicated team in Newport Beach, CA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Your Impactful Contributions (Responsibilities):
• Ensuring Regulatory Adherence: Executing quarterly audits for all California clients.
• Designing & Delivering Transformative Training: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop and deliver highly engaging training programs for state and local juvenile probation departments.
• Orchestrating Training Logistics: Manage all aspects of training delivery, including scheduling, classroom and audiovisual setup, and participant coordination for an optimal learning experience.
• Assessing Program Effectiveness: Implement robust evaluation and assessment methods to measure program outcomes and determine the true impact of training initiatives.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on expertise, encompassing corporate or professional training environments.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a distinct advantage.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation abilities, meticulous organization, and highly developed interpersonal skills.
• The patience and adaptability to travel routinely and excel in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
