• Making 50+ outbound calls daily to recruit and onboard qualified contractors.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing vendor partners.
• Managing onboarding, contract negotiations, and service expectations.
• Acting as the liaison between vendors and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Ensuring vendor compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities for growth.

• Sales-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in vendor management, business development, or contractor relations is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
