At Haven Hub, we connect homeowners with trusted contractors, making home improvement projects smoother, faster, and more reliable. As we expand, we're looking for a Partnership Representative to help grow and maintain strong partnerships with contractors and service providers.
What You’ll Be Doing- Making 50+ outbound calls daily to recruit and onboard qualified contractors.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing vendor partners.
- Managing onboarding, contract negotiations, and service expectations.
- Acting as the liaison between vendors and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Ensuring vendor compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Sales-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in vendor management, business development, or contractor relations is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive,
goal-oriented self-starter who thrives in a team setting. - Comfortable with CRM systems and outreach tools.
