Are you an intellectually curious, driven accountant with a passion for tackling intricate challenges? We are seeking a highly competent Senior Accountant to join our team. This role offers significant autonomy and exposure to all department functions. CoreResponsibilities
- Financial Close & Complex Accounting:
Lead the execution and review of the monthly and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion. - Complex General Ledger & Reconciliations:
Own and perform balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, including intercompany transactions (11 subsidiaries), foreign currency, and stock-related transactions for an employee-owned company. - Internal Control & Quality Review:
Review, audit, approve, and correct work across accounting functions, serving as a primary check for quality control and compliance. - Operational & Specialized Tasks:
Client Billing, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Payroll & Expense Management. - Reporting & Compliance Support:
Audit & Tax Preparation, Financial Reporting, problem solving and process improvement.

- Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of progressive hands-on General Ledger (GL) accounting experience. Ability to independently own the full month-end close cycle and resolve complex accounting issues. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Technical
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and strong working knowledge of accounting software/ERP systems;
Net Suite is a plus. - Competencies:
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a track record of high achievement and continuous growth. - Work Style:
Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Starting at $85,000 - $90,000 with a defined promotional track to $95,000 within 12-18 months based on performance.
