Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician (FSE) to join our North American team. The FSE will support our advanced line of electric and hydraulic GSE by providing installation, maintenance, repair, and customer training services across the Americas. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-oriented, and ready to travel when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair ground support equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues
- Lead field integration of new electric product lines
- Conduct preventative maintenance and compliance inspections
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reconcile expenses
- Serve as the post-sale customer contact and technical expert
- 3+ years of experience as a Field Service Technician (GSE preferred)
- Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Experience with high-voltage systems (80
VDC+), motors, controllers, and batteries is a plus - Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Must be comfortable with U.S. and international travel
- Self-starter with strong customer service mindset
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings
- OSHA or safety certifications a plus
