RESPONSIBILITIES

Your day as a Senior Maintenance Tech with our real estate and property management company starts with reviewing the work orders and planning your tasks. You begin by fixing a leaky pipe in one home, ensuring the plumbing is watertight and functional. Next, you move on to diagnosing an electrical issue-replacing a faulty outlet to restore power safely. Additionally, you repair a section of roofing damaged by weather, secure shingles, and check the gutters for blockages.

Later, you may tackle some carpentry work, such as patching drywall or fixing a door that won't close properly. Every task focuses on maintaining and repairing existing homes, ensuring they're safe, functional, and comfortable for residents.
