• The Crew Member interacts with Guests positively and informally, helping Guests understand our menu offerings, upselling when possible, and ensuring a WOW! Guest experience.
• Assist with prep-work, and opening/closing shift needs as directed by the General Manager or Shift Leader.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
• Prepare food according to company standards and recipes.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations.

• Strong customer service skills and experience in guest services
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating time management skills
• Experience in food preparation and serving within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting
• Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and sales transactions

• Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
• Salary: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
