Caring Hearts of Georgia Health Services is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to complete in-home nursing assessments, supervisory visits, and provide clinical oversight for services delivered to seniors and individuals needing personal support. • Complete initial in-home nursing assessments and routine reassessments
• Conduct supervisory visits to monitor the quality of care provided
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to caregivers and Direct Care Staff
• Update and revise care plans based on client needs and condition changes
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and care standards
• Document assessments, supervisory visits, and care plan updates accurately
  
  Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff
• Support safe, appropriate delivery of all services

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Active RN license in the State of Georgia (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care preferred)
• Valid driver’s license/State
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Current CPR & First Aid or BLS or ACSL certification
• TB/PPD clearance
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional, compassionate approach
