PurposeWe are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to homebound and palliative care patients in the Carrollton/Villa Rica/Newnan, Georgia area on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques under the supervision of a physician and care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.
What You’ll Do- Provide high-quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Atlanta County, GA (Newnan County).
- Assess patient health by performing physical examinations, updating medical histories, and creating the best plan for care.
- Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms.
- Provide patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
- Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
- Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary.
- Prescribe medications and appropriate medically necessary interventions.
- Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA license in the State of Georgia.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat confidently.
- Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
- Ability to problem solve and operate independently.
- 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required).
- A flexible schedule to see patients when it works for you.

- $105,000–$145,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives) full-time.
