** Principal Accountabilities*
* + Compliance with all safety and food safety, and HR programs, policies, and regulations
+ Ability to work around and with raw meat
+ Ability to work in cold temperatures (between 33-36 degrees)
+ Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs
+ Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
+ Ability to work in a repetitive and fast paced environment
+ Ability to rotate through various positions/tasks
** Required Qualifications*
* + Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
+ Must be 18 years or older
+ Ability to read, write, and speak English
+ 2 years prior industrial maintenance experience or equivalent of technical degree
+ Proficient in electrical troubleshooting
** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Bilingual (English/Spanish)
+ Prior industrial food and beverage industry work experience
+ Prior industrial utility maintenance experience
+ Knowledge of Compressed Air systems, Ammonia Refrigeration, and Ludell hot water systems
+ CARO/CIRO qualification
+ AEI Experience
+ Industrial/Class III Wastewater licenses
+ Previous Cargill experience
+ Work history in the past 12 months
