This role includes building relationships with customers, managing your termite service route, and maintaining safety. You’ll help protect homes, businesses, and families while serving your communities with a strong team.

• Your responsibilities:
• Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, delivering excellent service to create “Customers for Life.”
• Managing Your Own Termite Service Route: Operate day-to-day route activities with strong time management. Include:
• Perform both preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams (customer service, sales, management) to deliver excellent service.
• Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
• Safety First: Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling company equipment and driving.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY and uphold high standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• Starting Hourly Pay $15-$18

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience necessary
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and perform duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
