ResponsibilitiesWith Northwest, you’ll experience a fun work environment that also supports your growth and goals. This role includes building relationships with customers, managing your termite service route, and maintaining safety. You’ll help protect homes, businesses, and families while serving your communities with a strong team.
- Your responsibilities:
- Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, delivering excellent service to create “Customers for Life.”
- Managing Your Own Termite Service Route: Operate day-to-day route activities with strong time management. Include:
- Perform both preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
- Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
- Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams (customer service, sales, management) to deliver excellent service.
- Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
- Safety First: Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling company equipment and driving.
- Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY and uphold high standards of professionalism and customer care.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and image with every customer interaction.
- Starting Hourly Pay $15-$18

QualificationsWhat you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and perform duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
