Essential Functions:

• Assist with activities of daily living: personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving
• Prepare meals and snacks as instructed
• Accompany patients to errands or medical appointments
• Perform light housekeeping
• Support patient-specific activities taught by a nurse, such as hospice care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, bed-bound patient care, incontinence care, and use of lifting equipment
