Monthly Surgical Volume: ~180 cases and growing
Are you a seasoned healthcare leader with a passion for exceptional patient care and operational excellence
? Our state-of-the-art orthopedic Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a results-driven ASC Administrator to oversee daily operations, support a growing surgical team, and drive continued success.
We specialize in orthopedic procedures including hand, joint, sports, foot and ankle, and PMR cases
. With three fully equipped OR suites and a growing surgical volume, our center offers a collaborative environment where leadership, teamwork, and staff engagement are top priorities.
- Oversee Clinical Quality & Safety: Ensure the delivery of high-quality medical and nursing care. Lead initiatives in Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Safety, and Infection Control.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and monitor facility policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with state regulations, CMS, OSHA, CLIA, and AAAHC standards.
- Operational & Financial Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization. Monitor financial performance while maintaining exceptional patient satisfaction.
- Team Leadership & Development: Guide staff performance, mentorship, recruitment, training, and credentialing. Provide hands‑on support to the team when needed.
- Strategic Execution: Translate the ASC’s strategic goals into actionable operational plans.
- Administrative Support: Complete other administrative tasks as assigned by the Executive Director or governing body.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Nursing, or related field required;
Master’s preferred - License: RN preferred
- Experience:
- 8–10 years in healthcare, with at least 5 years in progressive management roles (ASC experience preferred)
- Orthopedic experience is a plus
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Solid understanding of surgical workflow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory, CMS, and AAAHC standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
