• Assist patients with personal care activities such as personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing, shaving, and preparation of meals and snacks.
• Accompany patients to errands or medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping activities.
• Create a safe environment in which clients can thrive and develop.
• Provide hospice supportive care.
• Assist with medication reminders and prescribed range‑of‑motion exercises.
• Assist with blood glucose monitoring.
• Care of bed‑bound patients and incontinence care.
• Use lift equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
