What You’ll Do- Welcome patients, assist with check‑ins and check‑outs, and provide an exceptional patient experience.
- Register patients, manage wait times, and keep the reception area warm and inviting.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via messaging.
- Gather and double‑check patient information, handle forms and payments, and prepare for the next visit.
- Support patients and providers by scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Qualifications/ Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction. We will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
Physical Requirements
Medical office, procedure/exam room and laboratory environment. May include exposure to communicable diseases, blood borne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
