This is a full-time, on-site role based in Newnan, GA for a Construction Coordinator. The Construction Coordinator will oversee daily construction operations, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure adherence to safety standards on-site. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with contractors, resolving project challenges, and providing updates to stakeholders. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.

• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively
• Experience in Budgeting and Project Control to ensure sound financial and timeline oversight
• Knowledge of Construction and Construction Safety standards and practices
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in masonry or stucco construction is a plus
• Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
