Job Summary

As the Lead Automotive Technician
, you will be responsible for advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and leading a team of technicians. Your expertise will ensure high-quality service and efficient shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics
  , troubleshooting, and repairs on various vehicle systems (electrical, mechanical, engine).
• Lead and mentor a team of automotive technicians
  , providing training and guidance.
• Oversee job scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with service advisors prepare accurate repair estimates.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Stay current with automotive technology
  , tools, and repair techniques.
• Use diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate service records in the shop management system.
• Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Automotive Technician (ASE certifications preferred).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
