We’re looking for a motivated, adaptable individual to join us as a Company Liaison — a role designed to be the connective link between management, staff, and external partners.
PositionOverview
The Company Liaison will work closely with management to support daily operations, assist with clerical tasks, and follow up with outside companies to ensure our services run efficiently. This is a hands-on, cross-departmental role — you’ll train in each department so you can step in and assist wherever needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesDepartment Rotation & Support
Staffing/Recruiting: Assist with hiring processes, supervise caregivers, confirm attendance, and check in with clients to ensure quality care.
Client Relations: Communicate with clients and families, including de-escalating concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Billing: Help maintain spreadsheets, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely payments.
Nursing/Compliance: Review files to ensure they meet state regulations and compliance standards.
General Duties
Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
Follow up with vendors, partners, and outside companies on outstanding needs.
Assist in motivating and supporting staff across departments.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and jump in where help is needed most.
Entry-level; no prior industry experience required — training provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle constructive feedback and maintain a positive attitude.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic office software.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
