Personal Tax Professional

A modern and growing accountancy practice in Nottingham is seeking a Personal Tax Professional to join their friendly team. This is a specialist Personal Tax Professional role, focused entirely on personal tax compliance and advisory work. The firm are easily commutable from Loughborough, Long Eaton, Castle Donington and most areas around Nottingham. The firm is flexible on the level of the Personal Tax Professional they appoint and can consider both full-time and part-time hours.

The Role:

The Person al Tax Professional will manage the personal tax process for a portfolio of around 450 clients , including High Net Worth Individuals.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing Self Assessment tax returns Handling Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Inheritance Tax (IHT) matters Providing tax advice and planning Managing ad-hoc personal tax queries and liaising with HMRC Supporting temporary or junior staff during busy periods Using software including Tax Calc and Xero Managing a portfolio of circa 500 private client accounts The Opportunity This is a great opportunity for a Personal Tax Professional to join a supportive, independent firm in nice offices with parking, founded by experienced accountants who previously worked in leading, national practices, offering a collaborative culture and long-term stability.
