graded Ofsted Outstanding in August 2025, where children and teachers can immerse themselves in the wonder of nature every single day.

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and qualified Forest School Leaders to join our team, or an outdoor practitioner looking to gain their forest school qualification. This is your chance to inspire awe, spark curiosity, and nurture children’s learning in a unique environment where the classroom has no walls.

Bring the outdoors to life

Plan, lead, and deliver engaging Forest School sessions that reflect both Montessori values and the principles of outdoor learning.

Shape magical experiences

Create opportunities for children to explore, discover, and grow in a safe, supportive, and adventure-filled space.

Grow with us

Access ongoing Montessori, Forest School, and CPD training, with clear progression and promotion opportunities.

A stunning, purpose-designed Forest School site, separate from the nursery.

Uniform provided, including allowance for
all-weather gear (because we embrace every season!).

Option to work a 4‑day week with compressed hours.

A passionate outdoor educator with a
Level 2 or 3+ Childcare qualification (or working towards one) and/or Level 3 Forest School Leader is desirable.

Someone eager to bring energy, creativity, and a love of nature to every session.

Forest School trained, currently completing training, or excited to begin the qualification with our support.

Knowledge of Safeguarding and EYFS.

Living and working in the UK with full rights to do so.

(Enhanced DBS, safeguarding, food hygiene, and first aid training provided if not already held.)
