Responsibilities- Continually motivate team and performance through recognition programs, store contests, customer compliments, etc.
- Provide mentorship to teams and influence continuous growth, exemplifying our leadership brand.
- Communicate in a clear and concise manner to team, leading effective huddles, meetings, coaching sessions, keeping team well informed of pertinent information.
- Develop and lead recruiting and hiring strategy for store, maintain a complete team.
- Demonstrate and follow up on execution of Part Source visual compliance standards, store maintenance and pricing standards.
- Deliver annual corporate shrink targets through team education, enforcement of LP and audit standards and rigid inventory control.
- Ensure processes and systems are followed for execution of tech shop service programs, including maintenance and compliance standards.
- Create and/or monitor efficient store weekly scheduling for sales and support functions.
- Provide support as required for overall store and equipment maintenance and compliance for PS fleet, using FOS fleet management maintenance system, driver compliance, appropriate certifications for all roles.
- Execute and/or delegate delivery of planograms and merchandising directives.
- Ensure accurate execution and complete daily review of shipping/receiving/returns processing and documentation per company policies.
- Serve as an ambassador and leader of the customer experience, developing relationships with customers and coaching team.
- Support the commercial sales team by providing customer service support.
- Lead execution of customer experience and provide resolution for all customer concerns.
- Coach and develop store and management team through setting expectations, communication, coaching, feedback, and ongoing support.
- Create development plans and conduct annual appraisals for management team to improve performance gaps.
- Complete and hold team accountable to complete required training within time frames.
- Be able to work retail hours including scheduled evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a retail environment with 12-24 months in a leadership role.
- Fundamental computer skills (asset).
- Passion for automotive or automotive enthusiasts.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts aftermarket industry.
- Good base of knowledge of automotive operating systems including point of sale.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (asset).
- Automotive training or certification (asset).

Our typical hiring range is between $38,200 and $55,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as experience, job‑related knowledge, skills, competencies, store size, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role‑specific requirements.
