• Production Support:
  Assist in the production of signage, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Sign Assembly:
  Handle cutting, trimming, and assembling materials to create finished signs.
• Material Management:
  Prepare, organize, and handle substrates, adhesives, and other materials necessary for sign production.
• Quality Assurance:
  Conduct thorough inspections to ensure finished products align with specifications and client expectations.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless workflow and meet project deadlines.
• Maintenance:
  Help maintain equipment and tools to ensure efficiency and reliability in the production process.

• 2+ years of experience in sign production or a similar field.
• Knowledge of various sign-making techniques and materials.
• Familiarity with production processes and tools used in the sign industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
