This is a full-time role based in our custom-built finishing facility, with steady year-round work, top-quality tools and systems, and a team that respects your time and your talent.

• CA $25-$30/hour based on experience

• Prepping cabinetry (sanding, degreasing, cleaning, masking)
• Spraying primers and topcoats using professional HVLP/airless equipment
• Producing smooth, consistent, showroom-quality finishes
• Following standard procedures for prep, spraying, curing, and QC
• Maintaining your tools and spray equipment in perfect working condition
• Reporting progress and communicating with the team

• 3+ years refinishing kitchen cabinets (not just trim or new builds)
• Confidence with spray guns and finish products (lacquers, urethanes, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and sense of pride in the final product
• Reliable, respectful, and committed to doing things right
• Experience with glazing, staining, or wood repair is a big plus
• Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle required
