Job Overview

Our Team Leaders play a vital role in delivering meaningful support, advancing leadership and caring for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Through understanding the needs of the people you support, you’ll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. You'll help with day‑to‑day tasks, organise community visits, and support team members in delivering quality care.

• Assist service managers in creating and implementing support plans and risk assessments.
• Lead when management requires expert support, ensuring effective communication among team members.
• Support people with maintaining hygiene and personal care.
• Engage individuals in meaningful activities and celebrate special occasions.
• Promote a learning culture within the team and assist colleagues to develop their knowledge and training.
• Act as a role model, leading by example and inspiring colleagues.

Your role will involve direct support, enabling people to live as independently as possible, and you will be looked after with full training provided.
