If you enjoy being the welcoming face that sets the tone for someone’s day, this role might be a great fit for you. At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Newmarket, our Spa Associates help create a calm, friendly, and seamless experience from the moment clients walk through our doors.

We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. If you’re mature, reliable, and motivated by meaningful client interactions and sales opportunities, we’d love to meet you!

Availability on evenings and weekends is required.

• Greet every client with warmth—both in person and over the phone
• Guide clients through booking, check-in, and spa processes
• Recommend memberships, packages, gift cards, upgrades, and retail products
• Work closely with massage therapists and estheticians to ensure smooth client flow
• Juggle phones, bookings, and sales conversations with ease
• Share the benefits of massage and skin care in a friendly, knowledgeable way
• Maintain accuracy in all client files and records
• Keep the spa clean, calm, and professional at all times
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed

• A passion for sales and goal achievement
• Confident communication and customer service skills
• Comfort working in a busy, multitasking role
• Basic computer skills
• A friendly, polished, and dependable approach
• A positive attitude and desire to contribute to a supportive team
