Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Newman, CA
Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in alignment with state and federal regulations. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality therapy to enhance communication and swallowing function.
Responsibilities- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatment for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Document services accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
- Maintain adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
- Active California SLP license and CCC-SLP, or eligibility for CFY
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
