A continuing care retirement community in Virginia is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician. In this role, you will ensure the safe operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment, including heat pumps and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience, possess EPA certification, and be available for reasonable scheduled and on-call overtime. This role comes with a starting compensation of $35 per hour and numerous benefits, including medical packages and growth opportunities.
