Job Title: Systems Analyst

Core Responsibilities- Manage IT asset information to assist with plans, operations and maintenance
- Collaborate with individuals across the program to support system analysis
- Drive the establishment of an IT asset inventory improving the customer’s forecasting and planning
- Utilize Service Now, Cisco and Microsoft tools in this role
- Perform systems analysis across multiple environments to support mission-critical operations
- Education:
Technical training, certification(s) or degree - Experience:
1+ year of related experience in systems analysis or IT operations - Technical skills:
Microsoft Office, Service Now, Cisco tools, and Microsoft service applications - Security clearance:
Top Secret/SCI (current or ability to obtain) - U.S. citizenship required
- Effective communication, attention to detail and self‑starter mindset
