What you’ll need to be successful:- Ability to work independently and collectively with multiple work centers
- Creating a knowledge base, SOPs, and documentation to solve customer challenges
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with high expectations and visibility of real world operations
- Enables a mission-focused customer through exceptional support which drives world-class mission success
- Utilizes the full complement of technical and interpersonal skills to accomplish the work Ability to support multiple users at various locations
High School Diploma
Required Experience:3+ years
Certification:8570 compliant (Security+)
Required TechnicalSkills:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Knowledge of deploying software
- Hardware configuration
- Experience imaging Desktop and Dell Wyse thin clients
- Tier I Network troubleshooting
- Experience in Active Directory
- Experience in VMware Horizon
- Experience in KVM Configuration
TS/SCI
PreferredSkills:
- Experience with Service Now Ticketing system
- VDI
- Microsoft Azure
Onsite - Newington, VA

Salary and Benefit InformationThe likely salary range for this position is $97,750 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
