• Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, assist them with purchases, and keep carts ready and available.
• Assist members with loading their vehicles and support a great member experience.
• Work continually on your feet, adapting to fast‑paced environments and varying weather conditions.
• Maintain a positive attitude by greeting, thanking, and answering member questions.
• Maintain a clean, member‑ready area and address any member issues promptly.
• Use cart retrieval equipment as needed and keep parking lot cleanliness.
• Follow safety sweeps and company policies; report unsafe situations.
