Commercial Project Drafter Job Description

We are seeking a talented Drafter to work on commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in land surveying and topography to contribute to our dynamic team.

• Conduct surveys and perform land surveying tasks for commercial projects.
• Draft detailed plans and topographical maps using surveying data.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

• Proficiency in surveying and topography.
• Experience with construction and drafting for commercial projects.

• Experience as a Party Chief for commercial projects.

Work involves using advanced surveying tools and software in a collaborative team setting. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and may involve fieldwork in various weather conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newington, CT.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Newington, CT.
