Sr. Manager of Engineering & Maintenance
We’re working with a leading food & beverage manufacturer seeking a Sr. Manager of Engineering & Maintenance to oversee a major processing facility in upstate CT. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who can own preventative maintenance, capital projects, and plant reliability—while leading and developing a skilled technical team.

- Lead a team of engineers and maintenance professionals to ensure optimal plant performance
- Own and improve preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Execute capital projects from scope to delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, EHS, and Quality
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and cost-efficiency
- 8+ years in engineering/maintenance roles within food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing
- 1+ years of leadership experience (managing supervisors or teams)
- Experience with automation systems (PLC preferred), utilities, and equipment upgrades
- Proven success managing capital budgets and plant infrastructure
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project execution skills
