Position: General Dentist - 248164 (Newington, CT)

Salary range: $225,000–$350,000 annually

Strong minimum guarantee plus percentage of collections

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join a well-established, patient-centered general dentistry practice in Newington, Connecticut. This is a full-time opportunity for an exceptional clinician who prioritizes high-quality patient care, builds long-term patient relationships, and contributes to practice growth.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a compassionate and confident chairside manner, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication skills. This role is well-suited for a dentist who values collaboration, professional growth, and delivering comprehensive care.

Practice Overview
  • Established practice serving the community for over 40 years
  • Payer mix: approximately 60% PPO, 40% fee-for-service
  • Active patient base of approximately 1,900
  • Modern technology including digital X-rays and iTero scanner
  • 3 doctor operatories and 2 hygiene operatories
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive care
  • Deliver patient-focused care with an emphasis on trust, education, and long‑term oral health
  • Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Uphold high clinical and ethical standards
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
  • 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency across all aspects of general dentistry
  • GPR or AEGD preferred but not required
  • Commitment to continued learning and professional development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
