Locals Only 12 + Months $30-33/HR

Hybrid role, 3 days a week in office. Locals Only!

The Learning & Development team is seeking a highly organized, hands‑on Instructional Designer / Learning Administrator to manage updates and redesigns of existing training while supporting ongoing learning projects. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can balance design, administration, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and update engaging eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise).
  • Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure accurate, culturally appropriate content.
  • Manage courses, assignments, and reporting in the LMS/CMS.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot course issues; respond to user support tickets.
  • Coordinate assignments, communications, and timelines with cross‑functional learning teams.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in instructional design, LMS administration, and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models.
  • Hands‑on LMS administration experience (e.g., OnPoint, Cornerstone, Sum Total, Docebo, Litmos).
  • Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity.
Preferred
  • Experience designing for global or multi‑language audiences.
  • Corporate or technology environment experience.
  • Strong visual design and storytelling skills.
  • Project management and/or LMS certifications.
