About the Role
We are working alongside Northumbrian Water who are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support their operational team based at Leat House in Washington. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy environment and helping teams run efficiently.

• Raising purchase orders for operational requirements
• Ordering supplies including PPE, chemicals, and general sundries
• Managing and issuing site keys to staff and authorised personnel
• Processing and assisting with invoicing tasks
• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

• Previous administration or office support experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and flexible approach to work
