Transport Manager

The Transport Manager will oversee and optimize all operational aspects of City Wheels Limited’s transportation services. This includes managing fleet logistics, scheduling, driver coordination, and customer service delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth strategy by ensuring operational excellence, increasing booking capacity, and maintaining high standards of reliability and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee daily transportation operations, including scheduling, fleet management, and coordination of taxi bookings and car rentals to ensure timely pickups, drop-offs, and vehicle availability.
• Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and cancellations professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor and optimize fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained, available, and allocated effectively to meet demand.
• Supervise and motivate the operational team to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused transport services.
• Liaise with clients, drivers, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support sales growth by enabling efficient management of increased booking and rental volumes.
