• Communicator:
  Provide clear diagnostics and customer communication.
• Self‑starter:
  Work independently driving to various locations in all weathers.
• Fixer / problem solver:
  Use technical ability to solve a variety of vehicle issues.
• Represent the UK’s largest motoring organisation, delivering confidence and support for drivers.

• NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with demonstrable industry experience.
• Full Category B driving licence, with 6 points or less.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
