Tech Nxt Gen Ltd is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to support the design, development and deployment of scalable web applications and AI-enabled solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts, AI engineers and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that integrate backend services, frontend interfaces and intelligent systems.

• Design, develop and maintain full stack web applications
• Build and manage backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces and integrate APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven features
• Support integration of systems involving Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Ensure code quality, performance optimisation and security best practices
• Participate in testing, deployment and ongoing system improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot development
• Experience in full stack application development (frontend and backend)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and database management
• Awareness of Agentic AI concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
