About the Role:

We are supporting a UK-based organisation looking to hire an experienced Software Developer to join a growing internal IT team. The role focuses on developing and supporting business-critical applications, delivering new solutions, and improving existing systems.
You will work across the full development lifecycle, contribute to integration projects across enterprise platforms, and gain exposure to AWS cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and enhance existing applications and deliver new solutions

* Support websites, Windows applications, and serverless cloud applications

* Build integrations between ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other business systems

* Write SQL queries, reports, and SSRS reports

* Support deployments and improve development and release processes

* Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes

Required

Skills & Experience:

* Commercial experience as a Software Developer

* Strong SQL and reporting capability

* Full-stack experience (C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Angular/Node.js desirable)

* Experience working with APIs and system integrations

* Background in a fast-paced commercial environment preferred
