Senior AI Full Stack Engineer

Full Stack Engineer (Contractor-to-Hire) - Java, React, AI, CI/CD

Korn Ferry's client is a global technology company that builds software, data, and services for the entire vehicle life cycle from buying a car, to insuring it, repairing it, and managing it in a fleet.

They operate across 120+ countries and serve 280,000 customers, including insurers, repair shops, dealerships, and fleet operators.

Our client is building an AI Tiger Team designed to leverage AI tools (not build models) to automate, accelerate, and transform software development across the company's 400+ products. The goal is to have the full team onboarded by March 1st

To get there, they need people who can help build, support, and operate that AI-driven workflow.

So the talent you provide must be able to:

• Work with or integrate AI coding tools and pipelines
• Understand how to validate or refine AI-generated code
• Support the new AI-assisted development process
• Help prove the strategy actually works during the Alpha/POC phase

• Senior Full Stack Engineer with AI engineering experience
  (should have concrete examples of AI-assisted development, tooling, pipelines, etc.)
• Solid engineering fundamentals + strong problem-solving.
• Primary stacks:
  Java (BE) + React (FE),
• Ability to work across multiple products with different languages and architectures.
• Cloud agnostic

• CI/CD with Git Hub + Git Hub Copilot integrated workflows.
• Strong communication, cross-team collaboration, and pragmatic decision-making.
• Takes initiative - comfortable operating independently and making fast decisions.
