Salary £25,838 per annum plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140

Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You havePassion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing settingp>
Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
An Enhanced DBS with barring list (don’t worry—we cover the cost).
A vehicle insured for business use and a valid driving licence (we’ll pay for any business mileage).
Our service operates on a rota basis, but we believe in planning ahead to support work-life balance
Your manager provides a full year’s rota in advance, giving you the ability to plan your personal life and stay organised throughout the year.
This is an office-based position in Elswick Road, with responsibilities that extend across our 25 community move-on properties and our 10 bed spaces within our 24-hour supported service
