• Carry out a wide range of repairs and planned work across properties, including occupied and void homes, corporate and civic sites.
• Deliver full kitchen, bathroom, and wet room upgrades from strip‑out to commissioning, including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing.
• Undertake carpentry tasks such as door sets, frames, first and second fix, kitchen unit and worktop fitting, including fire doors where required.
• Complete plumbing works including reactive repairs, pipework alterations, press‑fit and traditional jointing, isolation/commissioning, and working with rainwater goods. Confident use of press guns and pipe freezing kits is essential.
• Conduct fire door installations and remedials, achieving compliant gaps, fitting ironmongery, closers, and signage.
• Carry out ceramic wall tiling, minor decorative work, and other multi‑trade finishing tasks to a high standard.

• Proven multi trade experience in carpentry, plumbing, and refurbishments, ideally including kitchens, bathrooms, and wet rooms.
• Competent in fire door installations and remedial work, including frames, linings, and ironmongery adjustments.
• Skilled in ceramic tiling and minor decorative finishes.
• Confident using press‑fit plumbing tools and pipe freezing kits; able to work with rainwater goods.
• Strong communication skills with residents, clients, and colleagues, always maintaining a professional approach.
